Hematology/Oncology Clinical Research
Hattiesburg Clinic is passionate about our patients’ quality of life through the advancement of medicine. As part of our commitment to patient care and healing, our Hematology/Oncology providers conduct clinical research studies. Our physicians have been active in hematology/oncology research for over 20 years and are committed to improving care and outcomes for our hematologic and oncologic patients.
Through these studies, we are able to look at new ways to prevent, detect and treat cancer and other related diseases.
Our providers are active in the National Cancer Institute, sponsored by the Community Clinical Oncology Program. They are also affiliated with several national research groups, which bring the latest cancer treatments to Hattiesburg. Additionally, our team actively seeks trials that contribute to the mission of curing and preventing cancer in our lifetime.
But this mission cannot be accomplished without a very important piece of the puzzle – you. Through studies like these, we explore new treatments that could improve your health and the health of millions all over the world.
