Hematology/Oncology Welcomes Madeline C. Fitzpatrick, MD
Madeline C. Fitzpatrick, MD, recently joined Hattiesburg Clinic Hematology/Oncology, where she provides diagnosis, evaluation and treatment of disorders of the blood and cancer in adults.
Dr. Fitzpatrick received her medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson, Miss. She completed her internal medicine residency at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Nashville, Tenn., where she served as chief resident, and a fellowship in hematology and oncology at The University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School in Austin, Texas.
Fitzpatrick is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
“Returning to my hometown to practice oncology is incredibly meaningful to me. Patients in our community deserve exceptional care without having to travel far from the people who support them most,” Fitzpatrick said.
