The Poplarville Clinic Welcomes Elizabeth C. Jones, MD

Elizabeth C. Jones, MD, recently joined Hattiesburg Clinic The Poplarville Clinic.

At The Poplarville Clinic, Dr. Jones provides comprehensive evaluation and care to all members of the family. She has a special practice interest in interest in the placement of intrauterine devices (IUD) and other forms of birth control implants.

Jones received her medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson, Miss. She completed an internship and residency in family medicine at the University of South Alabama Family Medicine Residency Program in Mobile, Ala. 

Jones is board eligible in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

“I chose family medicine for the variety of ways I can care for and treat each member of the family, and it gives me the opportunity to form lasting relationships with patients,” Jones said.
