Camryn Morel, MS, RD, LD, DCES, is a registered dietitian with Hattiesburg Clinic Diabetes Care.
Morel received her Bachelor of Science in nutrition and dietetics and Master of Science in nutrition and food systems from The University of Southern Mississippi School of Kinesiology and Nutrition in Hattiesburg, Miss. She completed an internship in dietetics through The University of Southern Mississippi across a variety of clinical, outpatient, community and foodservice settings.
Morel is a registered dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration board, and she is a diabetes care and education specialist (DCES). She has special practice interests in acute and long-term care, dialysis, outpatient endocrinology, medical nutrition therapy and nutrition education.
At Hattiesburg Clinic Diabetes Care, Morel provides nutrition counseling, diabetes self-management education and individualized support to help patients build confidence in managing their health. She is passionate about helping people develop practical, realistic eating habits that support long-term wellness while still enjoying food and family traditions.
