Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine Welcomes Jeremy A. Wise, MD

Jeremy A. Wise, MD, recently joined Hattiesburg Clinic Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, where he treats a spectrum of orthopaedic conditions such as musculoskeletal trauma/fracture care with a focus on total joint reconstruction. He has additional specialized training in minimally-invasive direct anterior hip replacement as well as robotic-assisted joint replacement surgeries.

Dr. Wise received his medical degree from University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson, Miss. He completed a residency in orthopaedic surgery at Prisma Health – University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville in Greenville, S.C., and his fellowship in total joint reconstruction at Holy Cross Orthopedic Institute – University of Miami in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Wise has a special practice interest in total joint replacement of the hip, knee and shoulder as well as orthopedic trauma.

Wise explains, “I have the unique opportunity to meet patients in moments of great need and help guide them back to improved quality of life and limb function.”
