Jennifer Jordan Selected as Hattiesburg Clinic’s Employee of the Quarter
Jennifer Jordan, manager of Hattiesburg Clinic Urology, has been selected as the Hattiesburg Clinic Employee of the Quarter for her compassion, teamwork and commitment to patient care.
Jordan was recognized for her willingness to step in and help when an urgent patient need arose at the end of the day. She immediately took action, making calls to coordinate care and helping secure a same-day appointment for the patient.
As noted by Nena Mauritz, manager of Hattiesburg Clinic Endocrinology, “Jennifer was so helpful and kind to help me with a patient’s appointment. The request for an appointment was not only sudden but at the very end of the day. I approached Jennifer during a meeting, and she immediately walked with me to the hallway to start making calls in order to schedule the patient.”
Jordan’s commitment to patient-centered care was especially meaningful because the patient’s only alternative would have been a trip to the emergency room. Instead, she worked with her team to ensure the patient received the care they needed through Hattiesburg Clinic.
Mauritz also shared, “I am so appreciative for not only the follow through, but the kind and swift attention given by Jennifer and the imaging and urology departments to help care for our patient.”
Jordan’s impact extends beyond individual patient interactions. Those who work alongside Jordan recognize the positive impact she has as a team leader. Kaitlen S.
