Jaya Naran, DO, is a physician with Hattiesburg Clinic Endocrinology.
Dr. Naran received her medical degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, W.Va. She completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at the Bluefield Regional Medical Center in Bluefield, W.Va. Naran also completed a fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolic diseases at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira, N.Y.
Naran is board certified in internal medicine and endocrinology, diabetes and metabolic diseases by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. She is a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology, Endocrine Society, American Thyroid Association and the American Diabetes Association.
At Endocrinology, Naran provides care for people with endocrine disorders, particularly diabetes and metabolic diseases. She also has special practice interests in weight management, diabetes and thyroid disorders.
