Moss received his medical degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, W.Va. He completed both an internship and residency in internal medicine at Medical City Fort Worth in Fort Worth, Texas.
He is board certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the Infectious Diseases Society of America. His special practice interests include HIV, endocarditis, bone and joint infections, infection control and antibiotic stewardship.

Infectious Diseases offers consultations in the diagnosis and management of infectious diseases in all body systems. The infectious processes include systemic fungal disease, endocarditis, acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) and complicated postoperative infections. Particular interests include pneumonia, mycobacterial diseases, travel medicine, skin and soft tissue infections and osteomyelitis.
