Tiffiany Dunston Presented with Cheers from Your Peers
The WOW! committee would like to congratulate Tiffiany Dunston with Cheers from Your Peers, an honor given to an employee or group of employees who exemplify Hattiesburg Clinic’s values. Each month, one employee or a group of employees are selected based off peer nominations they received that month. The nominee(s) receive a surprise presentation by the Hattiesburg Clinic WOW! Committee. Dunston serves as the Lead Front Office and Scheduling Coordinator at Hattiesburg Clinic Imaging and is being recognized for her approach to providing excellent patient care and compassionate leadership towards her team.
Having served in her role for seven years, Dunston understands the importance of teamwork in achieving success. “She often reminds us [her team] during our weekly meetings, ‘We are not just a team, but a family,’” said LaQuita McDonald, a scheduling coordinator at Imaging.
Those who work with Dunston describe her as consistently going “above and beyond” to ensure her team receives the support they need to thrive in their roles. “She can tell when we are struggling and often combats that by making us laugh and smile. If we need help, she jumps in without hesitation to help manage overwhelming phone calls alongside us,” McDonald said.
“She is the absolute best and deserves to be recognized for it,” McDonald said, emphasizing the impact of her leadership.
