Receptionist Jobs at Hattiesburg Clinic

Our receptionists serve as a liaison between physicians and patients and are vital to our high-volume medical clinics, and often, a patient’s first impression. At Hattiesburg Clinic, we pride ourselves on having a friendly and knowledgeable staff starting the minute you walk through our doors. Receptionists are tasked with facilitating patient flow and updating patient information in our system, as well as:

  • Maintaining the organization of the medical office
  • Updating forms as needed
  • Tracking arrival times

Patient Account Representatives

Hattiesburg Clinic’s patient account representatives are responsible for helping patients understand costs and provide customer service about their accounts. A high school diploma or equivalent qualifications are required, and proven experience in a patient account representative or similar role is preferred.

Patient account representatives (PAR) are most commonly responsible for:
