Hospital medicine is truly a team sport, requiring close collaboration with specialists, nurses, therapists, pharmacists, case managers and many others to provide the highest quality care. I enjoy coordinating multidisciplinary care, building trust with patients and families and using evidence-based medicine to navigate challenging clinical situations.
