Haylee Green Selected as Hattiesburg Clinic’s Employee of the Quarter
Haylee Green, manager of Hattiesburg Clinic Connections and Hattiesburg Clinic Psychology & Counseling, has been selected as the Hattiesburg Clinic Employee of the Quarter for her dedication, professionalism and commitment to teamwork.
Green consistently goes above and beyond to support both her colleagues and patients, demonstrating a collaborative spirit that strengthens teams across the organization.
As noted by Julia Starrett with Hattiesburg Clinic Neurology in her nomination, “When I reached out with questions about how her department is structured, she responded promptly and provided clear guidance that will help me efficiently establish that same structure in Neurology. She was pleasant, approachable and generous with her time. Her teamwork and professionalism reflect the best of our organization’s values.”
Green also fosters an environment where communication and connection are prioritized. Kaleigh Cohen, a patient account representative with Connections, shared, “Haylee consistently provides space for communication and collaboration. She makes sure that every voice has a chance to be heard.”
Her willingness to step in wherever needed further reflects her commitment to patient care and team support.
This recognition highlights the meaningful impact Green has on both patients and colleagues. Her professionalism, reliability and compassion reflect the values of Hattiesburg Clinic and set a strong example for others. Thank you, Haylee, for your continued dedication to those you serve.
The employee of the quarter is selected from nominations by an employee’s peers, managers and patients and is then chosen by the WOW! Committee, a team of people from all clinic levels.
