Scheduling Appointments in Iris is Now Faster and Easier

Scheduling an appointment just got easier. Iris, Hattiesburg Clinic’s secure patient portal, now offers a more streamlined way for patients to schedule appointments online, making the process faster and more convenient.

This update allows patients to book appointments with a provider from their care team online with fewer steps, any time of day or night. Whether scheduling from home or on the go, Iris offers a simple, intuitive way to find a time that fits into a busy schedule. Appointments are scheduled directly within Iris, creating a seamless experience that keeps visit information, messages and test results all in one place.

Patients can schedule an appointment by following these steps: 

  1. Open Iris.
  2. Click the calendar icon or select your provider’s name.
  3. Choose an available time that works for you.
  4. Confirm your appointment.

This enhancement reflects Hattiesburg Clinic’s commitment to patient-centered health care that fits into real life. Iris continues to provide secure, convenient access to care tools that make managing appointments simpler and more efficient. 

Don’t have an Iris account? Sign up now by completing the following steps:

Sign Up Online

  1. Visit iris.hattiesburgclinic.com.
  2. Click “Sign up”.
  3. Click Sign up with your information.
  4. Fill in your demographic information, and then you will be able to create a username and password and get logged into your account.

Note: You can also sign up for Iris with a link sent to you via email by a Hattiesburg Clinic staff member or at your provider’s office, when requested.

Sign Up on Your Smartphone

  1. Download the MyChart® app from the Apple or Android Store.
  2. Choose your organization. (Iris)
  3. Click “Sign Up”
  4. Sign up by either entering your activation code or with your personal information if you do not have an activation code.
