Hattiesburg Clinic’s rich medical plan is designed with the overall quality of life of our employees in mind. Some of the unique health insurance benefits provided to our staff include low co-pays for most visits to a Hattiesburg Clinic office, many outpatient surgeries at no cost to the employee and most labs and X-Rays covered at 100% (benefits and offerings may differ depending on status and position type)*.

*For employees covered by our insurance and for services provided at Hattiesburg Clinic facilities only. Must be ordered/performed by Hattiesburg Clinic physicians.

Work-Life Balance

As a multi-specialty clinic, many of our employees benefit from more ideal working hours than nighttime hospital shifts or on-call hours. Our professional staff team most commonly works Monday through Friday, with weekends and holidays off. We also offer vacation time upon hire for eligible employees.
