The WOW! Committee would like to congratulate Skye Sheffield with Cheers from Your Peers. Skye is the manager of Hattiesburg Clinic Neurology – Lincoln Center and Hattiesburg Clinic Psychiatry – Lincoln Center. She is being recognized for her exceptional leadership, positive spirit and unwavering commitment to supporting both her team and the clinic.
In a recent WOW! nomination, Jessica Davenport, RN, shared the following:
“Skye is aware of her staff’s needs and goes above and beyond to make sure they are all taken care of, from inside-the-clinic needs to needs at home. She sends messages of uplifting and positive spiritual vibes that they need to hear. She leaves me little notes of reminders that I am loved and cared for.
She is always positive. When there is something in the infusion clinic that is needed and has to be ordered, she has it here within days. She is truly an amazing manager!
She cares deeply about those she serves. If there is a concern that needs attention, she stops what she is doing and tends to the situation. She steps in to help with the infusion clinic whenever support is needed, often without being asked.
I do not know a more deserving person for recognition.”
