Greg Wilborn Presented with Cheers from Your Peers
The WOW! Committee would like to congratulate Greg Wilborn with Cheers from Your Peers. Wilborn is a member of the Hattiesburg Clinic Patient Representative department. This award is given to employees who exemplify Hattiesburg Clinic’s values – Commitment, Compassion, Fairness, Integrity, Respect and Vision. Wilborn is recognized for his exceptional initiative, willingness to go above and beyond, and unwavering commitment to supporting his team in any way he can.
In a recent WOW! nomination, Kevin Rhodes, manager of Patient Representatives, explained: While the team was trying to find a solution for cleaning two department vans that were too tall for the local car wash, Wilborn overheard the conversation and did not hesitate to step in. Without being asked, he brought in a bucket and brush and took it upon himself to wash both vehicles by hand. Wilborn’s extra effort made a big difference, and his willingness to jump in wherever needed didn’t go unnoticed.
“Greg went out of his way to clean the vans inside and out and made them clean again,” said nominator Kevin Rhodes. “We appreciate all Greg does for this department. He is committed to help any way he can.”
