Eye Physicians & Surgeons Welcomes Aaliyah D. Cole, OD
Aaliyah D. Cole, OD, recently joined Hattiesburg Clinic Eye Physicians & Surgeons, where she provides evaluation and treatment of eye disease for children and adults.
Cole received her medical degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tenn., and completed a residency in primary care and ocular disease at The Eye Center at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis.
She is board certified in optometry by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry and is a member of the American Academy of Optometry, American Optometric Association and Mississippi Optometric Association. She has special practice interests in primary care, ocular disease and contact lenses.
“The eyes are not only the window to the soul, but also a window to our systemic health. Because sight is one of our most precious senses, I encourage patients to make eye care an important part of their annual wellness exams,” Cole said.
