Timothy L. Cole, MD, retires after 20 years of service

Hattiesburg Clinic would like to offer gratitude and best wishes to Timothy L. Cole, MD, who has retired from Hattiesburg Clinic Pathology after 20 years of service.

Over the years, he has been dedicated to working with providers and patients to provide accurate laboratory analysis and data and has also served on various clinic and community committees.

“Since my interview day a few years ago, Dr. Cole immediately welcomed me to the Hattiesburg medical community as both a colleague and friend. As my work experience has increased, so has my appreciation for Dr. Cole’s impact in the community,” Andrew Dunn, MD, said. “He has a well-deserved great reputation for his contributions to the city and medical centers. The respect and admiration that many employees have for Dr. Cole is a testament to his work ethic and charisma.”

In addition to the respect he earned from his colleagues, his Hattiesburg Clinic and Forrest General Hospital staff held high regard for the impact he had on them.

“He was always up for a challenge and always challenged me to think through the processes in Pathology,” Jessica Lee, Histology Supervisor, said.

Many others have described him as a caring boss and a fearless leader.

Please join us in recognizing Dr. Cole for his many years of service at Hattiesburg Clinic and wishing him well in his retirement.

Thank you, Dr. Cole!
