“I am excited to be serving as the president of the Mississippi Society of Otolaryngology,” Dr. Nida said. “I look forward to leading our organization in advocating on behalf of patients and physician members to our state legislature, and I hope to foster the free exchange of ideas within our specialty.”
Dr. Nida received his medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, La. He completed an internship and residency in otolaryngology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Miss.
Dr. Nida is board certified in otolaryngology by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy and a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and the Triological Society.
The Mississippi Society of Otolaryngology is an association designed to improve patient care through the support of education and research by empowering otolaryngologists in achieving the highest possible standards of professional ability and integrity.
