HATTIESBURG CLINIC NAMES MULLINS EMPLOYEE OF THE QUARTER
Hattiesburg Clinic has named its Employee of the Fourth Quarter.
Catherine Mullins, a receptionist at Hattiesburg Clinic Immediate Care, has been selected to receive the honor. She joined Hattiesburg Clinic in 2017, beginning as a receptionist in the Ear, Nose & Throat department.
Mullins’ role includes greeting patients, answers phones, checks patients in and out, verifies insurance and inputs new insurance, assists patients with express care and video visits, among other duties.
Christine Sandifer, manager of Immediate Care, said Mullins is well-deserving of the honor.
“Catherine is a take charge type of worker. She is detailed-oriented and always on top of issues,” said Sandifer. “You can count on her to go the extra mile to take care of our patients and their families. I, along with her coworkers, enjoy working with her. She is a true asset to Hattiesburg Clinic.”
The Employee of the Quarter is selected based on nominations by an employee’s peers, managers and patients and then selected by a committee of people from all levels of the clinic.
