Hattiesburg Clinic is pleased to announce the opening of Orleans Park Family Medicine, Monday, Jan. 4, 2021, with the addition of Melanie Keene Hall, MD. Hall has relocated from Oak Grove Family Clinic to Orleans Park Family Medicine in Hattiesburg, Miss.
At Hattiesburg Clinic Orleans Park Family Medicine, Hall provides treatment for chronic and acute illnesses and minor injuries, including cold, flu, allergies, sore throat, minor burns, sprains and broken bones. She also offers sports physicals, laboratory studies and X-ray services. Other specific conditions treated at Orleans Park Family Medicine include hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, heart failure, heart disease, migraines and arthritis. Hall will continue providing family medicine services to both new and established patients.
The team at Orleans Park Family Medicine will work closely with other Hattiesburg Clinic specialists to manage patient health, especially those who have an array of chronic medical problems.
“I enjoy working closely with my entire staff as well as our specialists in order to provide optimal care for my patients. A joint effort is the best way to take control of chronic health conditions,” Hall said. “Preventative health care is very important and a vital part of improved outcomes in treatable diseases.”
Hall, a native of Hattiesburg, received her medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson, Miss. She attended residency at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Miss., and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Hall is a member of the American Medical Association, Mississippi State Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians and the American College of Physicians.
