William O. “Trey” Thomas, III, MD, FACS
William O. “Trey” Thomas, III, MD, FACS, joined Hattiesburg Clinic Plastic Surgery in 2001. Dr. Thomas has over 25 years of experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery with special interests in hand surgery, breast surgery and facial cosmetic procedures.
Dr. Thomas received a Bachelor of Science from Millsaps College in Jackson, Miss., and a medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical School in Jackson, Miss. He completed a general surgery internship and residency at the University of South Alabama Medical Center in Mobile, Ala., and a plastic and reconstructive residency and fellowship at Tulane University Medical Center in New Orleans, La.
Dr. Thomas is board-certified in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is currently a member of the Mississippi State Medical Association, South Mississippi Medical Society, American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Medical Association.
