At Columbia Family Clinic, Johnson will work alongside Bert Beisel, M.D.; Robert R. Herrington, III, M.D.; Michael W. Johnson, C.F.N.P.; Mark A. Stevens, M.D.; and Franklin W. Waller, Jr., M.D.

            Johnson received his medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson. He completed a general surgery internship at the National Naval Medical Center, National Capitol Region, in Bethesda, Md.  He completed his residency in general surgery at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.

              Johnson is a board certified diplomat of the American Board of Surgery, and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.  He is a member of the American Society of General Surgeons, Society of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons, American Medical Association, and Mississippi Medical Association.
